Diana Angulo

Diana Angulo, CPA holds a Supervisory position at Deerfield, Illinois based Kessler Orlean Silver & Co., PC, (KOS).  Diana has over 5 years of public accounting experience in a medium-sized firm, which serves various businesses with revenues ranging from $500,000- $100,000,000.

Diana has obtained extensive accounting and auditing experience including audit/assurance and review services of profit and not-for-profit organizations.  Continuing with her professional development she has assisted with on-the-job training for newly hired personnel, as well as taking an active role in organizing on-campus recruiting activities.

Diana’s role has grown to include an area of concentration in tax.  Her responsibilities include tax research and preparation and review of high level corporate, partnership, trust and individual tax returns.

Diana is an active member in the Niles and Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce.  She is currently serving a six month term as Treasurer of Business and Consumer Resource Group (BCR).  As a member of this group, Diana prepares detailed business presentations on the many services offered by KOS businesses on a semi-annual basis.

Diana has completed the National Tax Education Program, Sessions II and III held at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.  These sessions cover various in-depth tax topics designed for study and discussion among tax professionals from around the country.

Diana holds a Masters degree specializing in Taxation from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, IL.  She also earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the same university in 2003.
