Jorge A. Quezada

Jorge Quezada is a Director in Claims - Compliance, Allstate Insurance Co. He began his career with Allstate in 1986 in the Southern California Region in Allstate’s Human Resources Department. In 1990, after a short assignment as an Allstate agent, he was promoted to Sales Management. In 1992, he took on an assignment in our Claims department. There he held several management positions in the California Claim Service Area from 1991 to 1997. During this time, he was also part of a team that developed and implemented Allstate’s Hispanic Marketing Strategies. From 1997 through 2001, Jorge held the Market

Claim Manager positions throughout the United States to include Austin (TX), Chicago, Denver, Portland (OR) and Norcross (GA).

In January of 2002, Jorge joined Allstate’s Product Operations, where he has led teams in Contract Strategy & Execution and Product Design. In his current role, he has been instrumental in leading efforts to introduce Project Management

Methodologies into the department work streams. During this time he also had an assignment in Marketing leading Allstate’s Your Choice Auto® Program efforts.

Jorge is the former President of Allstate’s Professional Latino Allstate Network (PLAN), leading its transformation from an affinity group to a strategic business group. He has been involved with the Association of Hispanic Professionals for

Education, the Urban League of Orange County (CA), and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Los Angeles. Most recently he was accepted into the Leadership Greater Chicago Fellowship Program and was also recognized as the 2009 Future Leaders Award Winner by the National Society of Hispanic MBA –Chicago Chapter.

Jorge holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Whittier College and a Masters in Business Admistration from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Jorge and his wife Judith live in Arlington Heights, Illinois with their two children
