Maty Charon Kiser

As Senior Director of the Strategic Operational Programs function for U.S. Cellular, Matilde (Maty) Kiser leads the implementation of the operational enabler initiatives that support the successful delivery of the enterprise strategy.

Kiser has served in several leadership roles since joining the company in 2006. As senior director of the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Customer Relationship Management strategy, Kiser led the creation of an enablement strategy to increase the length, depth, and duration of U.S. Cellular’s Customer Relationships. As director of strategic initiatives for customer service, she led the delivery of programs designed to drive consistency and collaboration between multiple customer care centers and to enhance the systems used to assist customers.

Prior to joining U.S. Cellular, Kiser held Information Technology senior leadership roles with Kantar Operations North America, CNA Financial Corporation, General Motors (GMAC Financial Services), Information Resources Inc., Datalogics Inc., Thomson Reuters Corporation, and Baxter Healthcare. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Engineering with concentrations in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Kiser resides in downtown Chicago with her husband and son.
