Tony specializes in project finance, strategy and sourcing talented leaders to commercialize tech driven projects to profitability. Tony has spent several years working with executives in the petroleum and biofuel industries in Germany and England. Working on project finance, technology integration and distribution strategies. Tony is a graduate of Thunderbird’s Global School of Management Oil and Gas executive management program.
Quiñones has been an HACE Board Member since October 2008.
