PURPOSE:
HACE organizes one day events to bring together Latino professionals with hiring managers and recruiters with national and local employers.  We have been organizing these kinds of events since 1986.  They are a great opportunity for companies to build their candidate database.

2011 OVERVIEW:
In 2011, the Houston Conference had over 300 professional job seekers and 15 exhibitors.  The 2011 Chicago Conference had over 600 professional job seekers and 30 vendors which were focused on acquiring and recruiting Latino talent.
