The HACE University Leadership Program provides college students with access to HACE’s large network of partners and members (40,000+) by providing insight, access, and professional development opportunities in a manner that is unique and critical to their collegiate leadership and success.

Joining or starting an HACE chapter on your campus offers a great opportunity to take advantage of the resources HACE has to offer, including:

Professional Development & Career Guidance

Students who participate in any of our programs receive guidance on their resumes, interviewing skills, and networking opportunities.

Additionally, HACE works with students to best prepare them for internships and full-time job opportunities with some of America's leading companies.

Company Recruitment & Networking

HACE works to prepare college students for some of the best fast track jobs offered by America's leading companies and employers. Networking events, professional speaker panels and other events you host bring professionals to your campus with many opportunities. Through our recruitment events leading companies invite students for special company open houses or recruitment programs that are targeted to Latino students.

Volunteer Opportunities

Give back through our El Futuro program! Help prepare high school students for college and the workforce. Be a leader and a role model in the community.
