The Latino Recruitment Series is a custom open-house organized and co-hosted by HACE and our corporate partners. It brings recruiters, hiring managers and Latino professionals (sometimes college students) together so that the featured company can present itself and network with our community of professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS/EXPECTATIONS:
HACE's responsibilities:
Work closely with the company to plan event and specific program content.
Promote and generate interest in the event by promoting program 6 weeks prior to the event.
Handle pre-registration and manage on-site registration.
Screen, sort and send resumes to the company after the event and highlight high-potential candidates the night of the event.
Supply a predetermined amount of attendance from 75 to 150.
Precede the session with a professional development event by Dale Carnegie.
Provide a highly professional, tailored program based on company's needs.
The company's responsibilities:
In coordination with HACE staff, select date, select and secure event location.
Provide job description and qualifications for position company seeks to fill.
Involve senior management and others involved in the hiring decision.
Determine what division/departments/speakers/will be highlighted.
Provide refreshment/appetizers for all guest.
