Mujeres de HACE Women’s Leadership Program – Houston 2012
Women’s leadership program designed to empower high potential Latinas to succeed professionally and thrive personally. Now accepting applications, deadline is June 11th, 9:00 a.m.
Program Components
- Individualized Assessment and Executive Coaching assists to discover self-leadership style and a development of a 5-year strategic plan to meet personal and professional goals.
- Culturally Relevant and Applicable Curriculum that aids in mastering the multiple roles that Latina professionals face, addresses achieving optimal work-life balance, personal branding, strategic networking, finance, and team projects on leadership.
- Powerful and Strategic Relationships empower and motivate participants towards greater confidence and achievements in their professional careers. Alumnae have the opportunity to lead on the Advisory Board upon graduation.

Delivery & Execution
Individual Coaching Sessions take place after the three day training sessions. Individual profile assessments are taken prior to training sessions, are embedded into curriculum and are utilized during individual coaching sessions. 90 days after program, participants will engage in a virtual follow-up session. This session will include following up on goals strategized during program and leadership team research project outcomes.
