HACE organizes one-day meet ups in the midwest, northeast, and southwest to bring together Latino professionals with hiring managers and recruiters with national and local employers.  We have been organizing these kinds of events since 1986 and have learned a great deal along the way. 

Each session includes opportunities for candidates to participate in professional development sessions and "speed career coaching" and several opportunities for companies to get to know candidates through:

- in the exhibit space
- presenting and participating in workshops
- onsite interviews
- staffing the coaching sessions
