HACE's Leadership Academy Orientation

Purpose

HACE created the Leadership Academy to transform high potential mid-career professionals into high performing leaders by providing the skills and development necessary to reach the next level of performance. This commitment is to ensure a strong pipeline of corporate and civic leaders.

Program Overview

HACE’s Leadership Academy Chicago is 6 monthly program days beginning in April through September 2011 from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Most program days will include two distinct sessions. The program is designed to address the interests and challenges of professionals as they advance in their careers. The Leadership Academy provides professional development in three key areas:

Civic Engagement

Participant Profile

Mid-level manager

A high level individual contributor

Must be nominated by employer/mentor

At minimum, a college graduate or equivalent work experience

Meet necessary time requirements (once per month for 6 months)
