Overview

Mujeres de HACE was created in 2009 by HACE.  The program is designed to develop and empower high potential Latina professionals to become leaders in their professional and personal lives.  The Mujeres de HACE program is designed to complement the multiple roles that Latina professionals uphold today by providing tools through interactive coaching sessions, all of which incorporates planning and execution strategies, the development of personal branding, the creation of a powerful network, and the mastering of an optimal work-life balance.  The program sparks the next level for participants in a supportive and motivational fashion.  Many corporations who have had employees partake in the program have seen great results.

Purpose

The program is designed to empower high-potential Latinas to succeed professionally and thrive personally by providing insight, access and professional development.

Training Sessions

Mujeres de HACE Kick-off & Orientation is geared to motivate and excite the participants.  Women will get to become acquainted with one another and will gain an understanding of how to meet their goals with the program by conducting a professional and personal self-assessment.  Prospective participants are welcomed to this session only for a nominal fee.

Session I – Creating & Executing a Strategic Plan of Action assists the participants to assess where they currently are professionally and personally, and where they hope to go.  They will gain the tools to launch the pathways and necessary steps towards action and execution.

Session II – Developing Your Personal Brand guides participants towards gaining a competitive advantage by differentiating themselves based off their strengths.

Session III – Creating Powerful Partnerships & Networks provides the tools and resources for participants to establish effective relationships and networks, both in their careers and personal lives.

Session IV – Mastering Optimal Work-Life Balance aims towards creating a complete understanding of the constraints Latina professionals face when trying to achieve this balance.  The steps and resources for achieving optimal work-life balance are addressed.

Session V – Delivery & Execution
