“My participation in the Mujeres de HACE program motivated me to evaluate my professional career.  The program has provided me with great tools and resources that I have started to implement in my current role.    I learned a lot about myself through the self-discovery activities and feel that I am at a point where I need to start taking more risks and demonstrate to my employer that I am a leader and can contribute much more to the company—the key is to do this in a strategic way.
