Olga Camargo

Olga Camargo is a senior vice president for Mesirow Financial, a diversified financial services firm based in Chicago. With more than a decade of experience in the financial industry, Olga is co-head of The Avila Camargo Team. The team provides investment advisory and retirement plan advisory services for clients that include public and private corporations, public sector entities, high net worth individuals, business owners and not-for-profit entities and foundations. Olga also leads the firm's Hispanic outreach initiatives. Olga previously worked alongside world-renowned Chief Economist Diane Swonk to provide economic commentary to clients, press and the public at large.

Camargo got involved with HACE during her undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois at Chicago. "HACE enabled me to achieve my educational goals through a scholarship award," said Camergo. "Today, I look to HACE to further build my professional network in order to realize more business opportunities."

She said HACE's role in supporting Latino professionals and college students through its leadership development program and corporate partnerships is crucial as it helps cultivate a workforce for the 21st century economy.
