Patricia Ballesteros

Patricia Ballesteros is a Manager at Aon Corporation's Internal Audit Department. She currently leads audit reviews to assess the information technology control environment for the Americas Region.

Ballesteros has over 10 years of experience understanding a company's internal controls and recommending ways for management to mitigate their business risk.

Ballesteros participated in the Mujeres de HACE Leadership program where she found great value in assessing the balance in life (between work related and personal matters) by each program participant and obtained tools to master this dilemma and to continue to treasure her life's purpose and mission. This experience has allowed Patricia to regroup and continually focus on mastering the various roles at work to function at her highest potential.

Ballesteros received her degree in Accounting at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1997. She currently serves as a Leadership Advisory Council member and volunteer at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School.
