Vinny Caraballo

Vinny Caraballo is the President and Managing Director for Global Targeting, a management consulting and data services firm. He first learned about HACE through a radio commercial highlighting their career fair in 1990.

"I was a job seeker looking for a place to go after the Army, where I served as an aviation officer with the rank of captain," Caraballo said. "I found a rewarding position with IBM. I later became much more involved with HACE as a committee member, then member and finally chairman of the board of directors."

Caraballo is also an Adjunct Professor of marketing at the Graduate School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and several U.S and Latin American Universities. He has a Doctorate in International Business from Nova Southeastern University, an MBA from Webster University, a Masters Certificate in Project Mangement from George Washington University,a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and he has completed Post-doctoral work in Computer Science at the University of Chicago.
