The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) is a 31 year-old Chicago-based national nonprofit organization.  HACE’s mission is to inspire and guide Latinos in achieving their educational and professional aspirations and positively contributing to our communities.
HACE Responsibilities:
-        Update and improve overall messaging and content of the HACE programs on our website
-        Help manage the HACE Social Media Calendar
-        Write blogs and help recruit bloggers
-        Attend events and prepare strategies for live tweeting/promotion
-        Update and improve the business development portion of website
-        Consistently update key sections of the entire website
-        Provide insights and consistently update social media channels on a regular basis
-        Update and improve the overall look and feel of HACE professional presentations
-        Contribute to research, writing, editing, creation of graphic elements for HACE’s website and other online communications initiatives
-        Support the team in developing communication materials, including writing, editing and graphic design for monthly newsletter
-        Support event organization and outreach for HACE events
-        Provide administrative support as needed
•       Opportunities to contribute and  improve HACE’s website
•       Opportunities to improve HACE’s overall marketing and messaging
•       College credit, if appropriate
•       Letters of recommendation provided upon successful completion of the internship
•       Connections to HACE’s 52,000+ members, corporate sponsors and affiliates
•       Creative, collaborative and dynamic work environment
•       Superior written communications skills
•       Experience developing and delivering online communications tools and strategies
•       Well developed organization skills with a solid orientation to detail
•       A self-starter with a strong desire to learn
•       Marketing, communications, advertising and sales backgrounds preferred
•       Ability to read and write Spanish a plus
