Maternity Sub Position (Full Time early February - June 1)
Media Center Management
Open the Media Center each morning, making sure the space is ready for the day, getting Chromebooks available for students, troubleshooting iPad and GSuite questions and helping with printing issues.
Manage Media Center calendar and resources
Read, evaluate and respond to requests for the space, including feasibility of audio/visual set ups.
Handle requests for Chromebooks, whether the are going to be used in the Media Center or around the school.
Assist with audio/visual set ups in the Media Center, including projectors, sound system and microphone.
Communicate daily schedule with study hall supervisors and teachers.
Manage 80+ Chromebooks, including cleaning, charging, storing and updating.
Distribute and collect classroom set(s) of Chromebooks around the school buildings.
Oversee book collection, tracking any books that students check out and making sure they are returned.
Update digital signage display in the Media Center.
General maintenance of Media Center space, including wiping down tables and occasionally dusting.
Respond to tech requests from teachers, including emails, tech tickets and in-person visits
Answer hardware and software questions from faculty and staff. This includes Macs, iPads and PCs.
Troubleshoot classroom audio/visual needs. This includes, but is not limited to, projectors, speakers, Apple TVs.
Assist students and faculty/staff with Wifi issues.
Candidate will need to be able to use both Mac and PC computers and GSuite apps.
