Position Overview
Create and maintain quality standards for Wintrust Technology and the measurable criteria for those standards. Work with the various departmental leaders to develop workflows and procedures to support those quality standards.
  • Create quality standards for Wintrust Technology and the measurable criteria for those standards.
  • Work with the various departmental leaders to develop workflows and procedures to support those quality standards.
  • Audit Coordinator for the various IT audits that occur throughout the year.
  • Work with departments to create corrective action plans when results are unsatisfactory.  Assisting in ensuing that identified risks and issues are understood by staff and management. 
  • Review processes to ensure that the standards are being followed.
  • Ensure that quality is expressly part of IT projects.
  • Ensure that new projects and processes are implemented in a manner consistent with Wintrust Technology standards and goals, and ensure the quality and predictability of services and products.

  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of best practices in our industry to determine how we can strive to achieve them.
  • Ability to align our criteria with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with systems and applications used within Wintrust Technology and processes and procedures in place supporting systems and applications.
  • General Computer Skills and Microsoft Office applications
