Eligibility Requirements

  1. Must have earned a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  2. Must have proven leadership skills and abilities
  3. Must have defined career goals as stated in their statement of purpose
  4. Must be currently working at the manager, director or VP level
  5. Must pay the program cost
  6. Must submit completed application by deadline of March 1, 2012, 8:00 a.m. CST.
