About HACE

The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) is a national non-profit dedicated to the employment, development, and advancement of current and aspiring Latino professionals. For over 32 years, HACE has served as a resource for Latinos in the workplace and a source of expertise and insight for corporations seeking to access them. Through professional development, resources and networks, and by facilitating access to meaningful career opportunities, HACE helps Latinos succeed in every phase of their careers. With a network of over 52,000 members across the country, HACE works with employers to remain competitive in an increasingly dynamic economy by helping them attract, develop and retain Latino and diverse professionals.

Our Board of Directors


Mujeres de HACE Board

Mujeres de HACE is geared to empower high-potential Latinas by providing insight, access and professional development in a manner that is unique and critical to their success. The program includes individualized coaching and assessment, six training sessions that address the multiple roles Latina professionals lead, and a strong network of supportive and mentoring relationships. The Mujeres de HACE Board focuses on promoting, fundraising and engaging the program alumnae.


Young Professionals Board

The HACE Young Professionals Board was established to support the work of HACE through ambassadorship and fundraising. The board participates in leadership and professional development, plans networking and fundraising events and helps promote the HACE mission to young professionals.
